What this site and its forms keep
This is the website of TOLES TOV, identification code (EDRPOU) 22347750, Lviv, Ukraine. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no visitor statistics.
The three forms
The reservation form in the catalogue, the gift budget form and the letter form send what you type to TOLES. That means your name, the contact details you give (phone and/or email), the items, address or plan you enter, and your message, together with the time of sending and your IP address, which is recorded to keep the forms from being abused.
A copy of each request is kept in the site’s own storage on Cloudflare and arrives in the company’s mailbox as an email. It is used only to answer you, set aside or deliver your order, or prepare an invoice. Requests are deleted twelve months after the last contact unless an order or invoice they relate to has to be kept longer by law.
In your browser
The reservation basket and the pitch planner remember what you chose, in your browser’s local storage under the names ytk-basket and ytk-pitch. They never leave your device until you send a form. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them. The site sets no cookies.
Requests to other services
The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for the font files and Google receives the usual technical details of such a request, including your IP address. The site and its forms run on Cloudflare, which processes the same details in order to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Your rights
You can ask what the company holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to office@toles.shop. If this page changes, the new version will be published here.
